Heather Kaminetsky joined Mytheresa in 2021 as President, North America to strategically lead the expansion of the Mytheresa business and brand in the United States and Canada.
Heather’s initial focus was around setting up a fully dedicated customer-facing US team to helpexecute on the expansion which is a top priority market for Mytheresa. She is overseeing and leading all the brand’s customer-facing activities in the North American market, including Personal Shopping, Communications, and Affiliate Marketing. She is credited with the extraordinary GMV growth of 40.8% in the US for Q4 FY23.
Throughout her career, Heather has worked across Fashion and Digital brands and brings a wealth of consumer-centered experience to this new role for Mytheresa. She has held executive positions in multiple companies which include NET-A-PORTER, where she was Vice President Global Marketing, Borderfree, where she served as SVP Business Management, Barneys New York as Vice President of Marketing and M.Gemi, where she most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mario Barton is Head of Marketplace, North America at Farfetch. He is a successful Operator with over 15 years of experience in E-commerce, with a focus on luxury goods, customer experience and warehousing. As a people leader his strengths lie in strong communication,expectation management and operational efficiency.
Ivette Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos is the VP of Code of Origin and Trade Services at De Beers Group. Previously, she was the Sr. Director of Global Business Development at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the Director of Wedding and High Jewelry categories at David Yurman. She is a fine jewelry, luxury, and diamond executive with over 22 years of experience buying, selling, marketing, managing, growing, and consulting in the
luxury goods industry.
Ivette serves on the National Board of Women’s Jewelry Association, Jewelers for Children Foundation, she is the President of Armenian Jewellery Association. Ivette holds two Master's Degrees, one in Russian Philology and another in Educational Psychology from Fordham University, as well as an AJP Diploma from GIA and Pearl as One Certificate from CPAA.
Julia is the Director of Store Design and Construction for David Yurman. She has worked with architecture firms and retail organizations in NYC, including Barteluce Architects, Callison Architects, Michael Kors, Burberry and David Yurman.

Julia began her undergraduate studies at James Madison University, studying Business Administration and was on the equestrian team there and in a sorority. She continued on to receive her BFA in Interior Design from FIT in Manhattan and was part of the Interior Design club there. Upon graduation she received an offer to work for the firm she was interning with.
During her time working at Burberry,. she earned her MBA from Fordham focusing on Marketing and Global Sustainability. Fun fact, Julia's husband also received his MBA from Fordham.

Matt is currently the Vice President and Store Director of Saks Fifth Avenue’s NY Flagship store since April 2021, overseeing all store operations at the iconic location in NYC. Matt began his career at Saks 14 years ago as a Selling Manager and ascended into roles of increased levels of responsibility, including working in multiple markets: Houston, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Through every step in Matt’s career, he’s been committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving results, and fostering innovation in the luxury retail industry.

Professor Licciardi currently works as Vice President of Partnerships for Worth Media Group which is owned by the founder of 1-800 Flowers. Professor Licciardi has extensive luxury experience from working for top brands including American Express, Travel + Leisure, Elite Traveler and in his current role overseeing luxury partnerships for Worth Media Group,
Professor Licciardi has extensive experience developing and selling cross-platform marketing campaigns to Fortune 50 companies and has won numerous awards. Professor Licciardi has extensive luxury category experience working with leading brands such as Cartier, Bentley, Four Seasons and NetJets.
